The Massachusetts Institute of Technology Center for Real Estate (MIT CRE) and Maastricht University Center for Real Estate (UM CRE) are jointly offering a program for mid-career professionals with the skills and knowledge required to be a global leader in the real estate industry.

The prospective candidate is recommended to have at least ten years of experience working within the real estate industry, general asset management, finance industry and/or built environment.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This program is designed for individuals with considerable real estate industry experience holding or pursuing executive positions, including:

  • Real estate owners and private real estate developers

  • Asset managers, fund managers working for pension funds, sovereign

    funds or

  • Lending officers, investors, REIT officers, and fund managers and advisors

  • Real estate industry service providers, such as financial analysts, lawyers,

    architects, urban planners, and brokers

ADMISSIONS & CERTIFICATES

  • Earning the professional diploma requires the completion of all qualifying courses.

  • In addition, participants will receive a certificate for each module completed within the program.

PROGRAM FEES

  • Price per module: EUR 10,000.

  • Discounted fee:

    • 20% discount is being offered to MIT CRE alumni and UM CRE alumni.

    • 20% discount is being offered to PREA, NAREIT, and ULI members.

Our next edition of the program consists of two weeks in 2024 and two weeks in 2025:

  • Module 1: June 16-22 at Maastricht University, Center for Real Estate.

  • Module 2: October 14-19 at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Center for Real Estate.

    Weeks in 2025:

  • Module 3: June at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Center for Real Estate.

  • Module 4: September at Maastricht University, Center for Real Estate.
